Visa® Card Promotion Terms and Conditions

DH Box Hill Pty Ltd (ABN 99 625 555 553) (the Promoter) is offering each new purchaser of a parcel of land (Single Lot) or a house and land package (House Package) in the Hills of Carmel development at Box Hill (Development) a Visa gift card (Promotion).

The Promotion commences at 5.00pm (AEST), Friday, 7 June 2019 and closes at 10.00pm, 31 July 2019 (Promotion Period).

Information on how to enter this Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This Promotion is only open to international purchasers of a Single Lot or House Package aged 18 years or older. Staff of the Promoter and their family members are not entitled to participate in this Promotion.

During the Promotion Period, the Promoter will give each purchaser of a Single Lot or a House Package within the Development (a Recipient) a Visa gift card loaded with $2,000 credit (Visa Gift Card) subject to these Terms and Conditions.

One (1) Visa Gift Card will be issued for each Single Lot and House Package purchased during the Promotion Period. If a Single Lot or a House Package has 2 or more purchasers listed on the contract for sale, the Recipient will be the first-listed purchaser on the contract for sale, as determined by the Promoter.

To be eligible to receive a Visa Gift Card:

  • (1) the Recipient must have exchanged a signed contract for the purchase of the Single Lot or the House Package within the Development prior to the end of the Promotion Period; and
  • (2) the Recipient must have paid the agreed deposit for the Single Lot or the House Package to the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period; and
  • (3) any cooling off period that applies to the purchase of the Single Lot or the House Package must have expired, or have been waived by the Purchaser, on or before the end of the Promotion Period.

The Visa Gift Card will be automatically issued by the Promoter to the Recipient at the Recipient’s address (as set out in the contract for sale) after the expiration date of the cooling off period.

The Visa Gift Card is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a Visa Gift Card or receipt of it results in a tax liability for the Recipient, the Recipient is liable for payment of such tax.

The Visa Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer of the Visa Gift Card, including any terms and conditions specified on the Visa Gift Card. These terms and conditions, and information on how to use the Visa Gift Card can be found at:
